We offer FREE Priority 2-3 Day Shipping & Standard 3-4 Day Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $35 and over (excluding taxes).
Shipping rates are varied and calculated live based on the weight & dimensions of the package. READ BELOW

Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Processing time usually takes 1-3 business days. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. offers FREE STANDARD 3-4 DAYS SHIPPING on all U.S. merchandise orders $35 and over (excluding taxes). Orders $35 and over always ship for free—no promotion code needed.
For shipments totaling less than $35, there is a delivery charge of $2.95 up to $4.95 for Standard 3-4 Days shipping. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3-4 Day shipping.
Soapage can combine your orders, upgrade the service if we have common shipping address unless it's mention DO NOT COMBINE in your order notes. 
Gift cards are emailed from merchandise.

Delayed Shipping

Delivery is the responsibility of the United States Postal Services (USPS) and not Soapage. In some cases and for many reasons, a package can take longer than expected to be delivered. Packages deemed “Undeliverable as Addressed” can have up 1-2 weeks of delay. A package can be delayed even before the package is in route to the state where the delivery address is located. 

Damaged Items During Shipping

It is normal for outside boxes and envelopes to show signs of wear and tear, however damaged or broken products during shipping have to be reported to the United States Postal Service. Items lost or damaged during shipping are the responsibility of the shipping company and not Soapage. You can start a claim process with your local post office, or if you prefer we can handle it on your behalf. However, by filing a claim personally you cannot request a refund from Soapage.

If your merchandise was damaged during transit, and you would like us to handle the claim process, please request a Return Authorization. Take pictures of the box and content to record any damage. We will require this information during the process. Do not discard the damaged products or any packaging material. Do not mail anything back until instructed.

The United States Postal Office takes 2-3 weeks for processing claims. A replacement for the damaged product(s) will be mailed to you within 5-7 business days after receiving the approval for the claim from the United States Postal Office.


Soapage is not responsible for undeliverable packages. If USPS has attempted delivery 3 times according to their policies, and they are unable to deliver to the shipping address given, USPS will automatically redirect the package back to the Soapage warehouse. The "User" will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred during this process.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses you have to place multiple orders. If your order over $50 or you have a distributor account please email for further information.

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays, please make sure you place your order ahead of time:

Tracking Orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail.  The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
